Blogland readers overwhelmingly want Earl Capps in SCGOP Chair race

A couple of months back, Blogland readers were asked to sound off as to whether or not they believed Earl Capps, the publisher/editor/author/nazi of the Blogland, should seek the Chairmanship of the SCGOP. According to a poll we posted on the blog, an overwhelming number of you said "YES", with nearly 80% of the vote supporting a candidacy.

That's pretty big numbers, but since the race has narrowed down to Karen Floyd, whose candidacy is now unchallenged, we wonder what the numbers would look like if the same question was asked now.

Down to the beauty contest, I think Karen Floyd has nicer legs, but I'm straight that way.

In either case, unless our chair elects to move to Columbia to be at the beck and call of Pravda on the Congaree and WIS TV, the next SCGOP Chair has the opportunity to kick some technology into the loop to drive the party's daily operations from the upstate or from Summerville (maybe one day from Graham Slough).

    What think you Earl?

Earl sorry you missed the Berkeley Republican Breakfast Club. Dennis Fish gave a report on County Council and mentioned, but not by name, that we had three RINOs serving. At the end of the breakfast he was asked if he would name them, and he did. That night Bob Call left two strange messages on the BCRP Facebook page (since removed) and I received a really strange message from him, to which I replied on the page.

I was abducted by an Alien at Graham Slough on my Bayliner. Does this qualify me for the SCGOP Chair. Yes it does. Since you have spent the night on Graham Slough you are also qualified. Go for it.
