SCDMV: Drivers can register emergency contact information

A great new service offered by the South Carolina DMV, which is continuing to boost its online service offerings, allows licensed drivers to provide up to two emergency contacts for their database.

Those who go to the the DMV's Emergency Contact webpage can login by providing their date-of-birth, SCDL number and Social Security number. Then they can enter the contact information for their emergency contact(s).

When does the ACLU file a discrimination suit, as it denies ILLEGALS the same accomodation?

Ditto the lack of a Spanish, French or Braille drivers manuals.
